Ricky Lau's fifth and final feat in the jiangshi series comes full circle, with a direct sequel story to the 1985 original. Not only does (New) Mr. Vampire 1992 bring back the three leads in their respective roles, but it adds depth to their characters and strengthened dynamics. Lam Ching-ying was excellent as always, and I found Chin Siu-ho's.
