We cycled to the Mua Caves from our local accommodation, it is 5 vnd parking per bike. The entry fee is 100 vnd and soo worth it. When you enter the complex it is beautiful with little decorative ponds, views and swings and restaurants. It is a short walk to the start of the lying dragon mountain steps (view point).

Hiking Mua Caves. It's not so much a "hike" as it is a long walk up a bunch of stairs (496 stairs, to be exact). About half-way up, the stairs will split into two directions. To the left is where you'll find the dragon, the stone statue of Quan Am, and the iconic viewpoint. To the right is where you'll find the tall stone pagoda.
